How To Get Your Groove Back

"Paleo Scaleo is a health and wellness food blog, and it actually started back in 2015. We had a  house fire, and we were forced to move out of our house for 11 months while they were reconstructing everything. And a lot of good things came out of that; I just started cooking while we were in our rental and kind of playing around in the kitchen.

And some of the recipes I was making, I said, "I really wanna write this down." I want to have this again so that I can make it again, because everyone's really enjoying what I'm making. So I did a little research and I figured out how to start a blog.

I didn't know what I was doing. I learned the website and you feel like you're making progress throughout all those steps because even if it's not growing, you're learning, right? For me, I was learning how to build the site and learning how to put all these parts and pieces together.

And then got to this point where it kind of... plateaued. And I'm like, I want to do more. I want to go farther, but I don't know what to do next.  I don't know how to get to the next step."
